Henry Gomez has worked closely with the producer of this coffee to offer a balanced insight into the best of the region. The producer is called Asocafe Tatama. A young generation of 180 quality-driven farmers in Risalda, Santuario are part of the Asocafe Tatama association. The farms are next to the eastern side of the Tatama National Park. They are popular for their sweet, floral, and fruity notes on the coffee they produce.

This coffee has followed a washed process. A washed process means that the outer skin (or mucilage) has been removed through water before being dry out. During this process, the farm in Santuario have pledged to use organic fertilizers and chemical free pest control. Asocafe Tatama are conscious about the planet and the enviroment.
