Henry Gomez has worked closely with the producer of this coffee to offer a balanced insight into the best of the region. The producer is called Asocafe Tatama and its composed by a young generation of 180 quality-driven farmers in Risalda, Santuario. The farms are next to the eastern side of the Tatama National Park and they are popular for their sweet, floral, and fruity notes on the coffee they produce.
